I was gifted a spa package here for my birthday by my wonderful husband facial, massage, and Brazilian He had no idea what he was doing but the staff was so patient and helped him get through booking it. They were so accommodating as he’s a major procrastinator. Every person I came in contact with had phenomenal customer service skills! By the time I left I was in love with the company and its people. Will be a returning customer always! Thanks for everything Invision Day Spa!
I have been going to this day spa for almost 25 years. They are very accommodating and have very good massage therapists. I have enjoyed all of my visits and have really enjoyed getting to know the people there. Great place to get away and relax.
I gave it a one star. This business doesn’t have appreciation on people’s time. I booked a couple’s massage three weeks ago. Also, I received weekly emails confirming my appointment to include the day prior. When I showed up for our app, they didn’t have a therapist available. So, I think they should’ve let me know at least in advance to save me the drive there. They don’t have a receptionist in the lobby. So you have to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes for one of the therapist to come out check for customers. Everybody’s time is precious. That’s a resource that can not be recover. When is gone is gone. So, I recommend everyone out there looking for a massage to book somewhere else.
Omg Taylor was absolutely amazing. I've never had a massage before she was just so sweet . She made me feel comfortable and helped me to relax thruout the whole process. Oh and BTW she has magical hands.. I WILL be back. This will become something I do on a regular basis. Like I told her I'm gonna become a frequent flyer.. lol
I’m new to the area and I’ve been looking for places to get my eyebrows waxed and this was the second place I went too and she was a very nice person. But I told her my I have super sensitive skin and she’s like okay i gotcha. This is the first place I’ve been too where they don’t clean your eyebrows before waxing. And she also kept the wax on there for long then I’ve had. And now my eye has a huge red ring on the second day. Which has never happened to me. So I very unpleased with that and the results of my eyebrows too.
I had my lashes done today by Amber? I'm not content with the lashes. Previously, I had seen Hope I believe. She was pristine in the process and made sure every lash was separated. This time around, My lashes are clumped together. Just very unsatisfied and unappealing. Lashes are all clumped together and curling all kinds of directions. Plus my eyes were on fire when I left, which is why I couldn't see what they actually looked like before I left. Reply: I just want a refund for everything I paid. Thank you.
This place is beyond amazing. Chelsea took her time and gave me a phenomenal haircut and style. She patiently listened to what I wanted.
I came here to get a Brazilian wax for the first time from Hope, and I would 1000% recommend her. She fit me in same day which was so nice of her, and she’s an excellent waxer. The place itself is very nice and clean, and Hope was friendly, comforting and efficient. She did a fantastic job and I won’t be going to anyone else for my waxes from now on!
Jennifer gave an Amazing deep tissue massage! So relaxing! Great place!
I'd live here if I could. Everyone is so professional and so nice. It's really affordable, too. Just the best!
