Iowa Sleep specializes in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders. In fact, sleep is all we do. We are one of Iowa’s largest independent sleep disorders centers fully accredited in lab and home sleep testing by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. We treat children as young as 2 and as old as 102, and everyone in between.
Iowa Sleep is a state-of-the-art facility, whose staff work with you to improve your sleep. Our medical staff treats multiple sleep problems, including sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, parasomnias, restless legs syndrome/periodic limb movement disorders and circadian rhythm abnormalities, including shift work disorder.

We have two sleep centers that provide convenient overnight sleep testing and consultations. Our centers are located in West Des Moines and Ankeny and serve patients 6 days a week. With our two locations, we are able to quickly schedule your consultation and testing. Our goal is to help you feel better—faster.
Iowa Sleep’s dedicated staff works closely with you from the time of consultation, testing, education, treatment, and continued follow-up and re-evaluation. We take the time to discuss sleep problems and treatment options with you. Our follow-up and education components have no equal.
