Great prices! Fast service, look for the vapor shop at edge of Nolensville road and it's right beside it.  Service, second to none... if you own a Samsung or a iPhone and you haven't been to this store your definitely missing out! All the parts for repairs in house and accessories and stuff you probably didn't even know you need or want for your phone, tablet, smart watch, laptop.  Prices are competing with Amazon and any other real internet site. and you get to look touch and feel and see what the upgrades look like on your device b4 purchasing, best of all... don't have to wait and pay for shipping!!!  This was my second visit, the first was a very busy week night I was not sure about the place at first but they replaced my daughter's iPhone 7 screen in less then 30 min not to meantion the price I was giving I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming, there for I bought several accessories for my and my kids phones and iPads and my Samsung S7+ and my Chromebook ... the second visit was on Sunday Eve and I got to meet the owner and he's as cool as what the other reviews say and I was shopping for a Refurbished iPhone 6+ for my son and they had 2 of them like new, one rise gold the other silver.. got all the accessories to maintain it also, screensaver, case, popsocket, cord, plug, headphones. needless to say my son had a great day today and I'm happy with the group price I got for everything, and I traded in two old Iphones in toward the price that my wife wanted to throw away lil over a year ago  They've definitely got my business, the also buy phones and  any electronic that's Apple or Android product. thank you for your contribution to the phone industry and to your community! you've got my business as long as you let me in your doors.  P.S.. I'll see you soon I'm sure, after getting home my wife said where's her phone, so I'm sure it will be within a few days if not hours b4 I'll be back to get her a  new refurbished phone!

I did not have a pleasant experience here. I came on a Monday afternoon to get my phone backscreen fixed. I was told to come back tomorrow unless I want to leave my phone overnight.  Tuesday: So I came back first thing the next day, dropped off my phone, and was told it would be ready within 2-3 hrs.  After 3 hrs, I gave them a call since they never got back to me and was told "the guy who fixed the back screen did not show up today"...... So, I went and picked up my phone. Patrick apologized and told me they could do it first thing tomorrow with a discount.  Wednesday: So, the next day I was like,  I'm not sure if I trust them anymore. Let me give them a call before I made the drive over good thing I did and there was no answer.  I tried calling three times, but still no answer. The voicemail said to leave a text and they would get back to me. So I did that and went about my day. Two hours later, with still no callback or text from them. I tried calling again. Finally, Patrick picked up the phone and told me to come in at 1 pm and we'll get it taken care of.  At this point, I didn't trust them anymore and went somewhere else. Good thing I did because they canceled on me again that day.  Thanks for wasting my time. Thanks for taking four days for something that should've been taken care of within 3 hrs. You will never get my service here again.

Got my screen fixed today so quick! I was provided outstanding service by Patrick. Will definitely make this my go to when needed!!

These guys are amazing!  My phone stopped charging and had died completely. I took it to Patrick and straight away, he said they would be able to fix my phone even though it was DOA.  A few quick tests, and they could verify that the port was damaged, and needed to be replaced.  30 minutes later, the phone was fully functional again. Reasonable prices, and super friendly staff. Any phone problems I have, I will be going here, without a doubt.  Thank you so much guys, and keep up the great work!

Fixed my wife's iPhone 12 pro 256gb, that Asurion said was an unrepairable brick.  I'll never go anywhere else for iPhone repair needs!

My iPhone died completely when the most recent update came through. I stopped by here to see if I could get some assistance with data recovery. The gentleman behind the counter helped me out immediately. He explained it may not be possible to restore, but we could try. He said to give him about fifteen minutes. I walked a couple doors down to The Bean Bag to grab a cup of coffee also recommend! and when I came back my phone was almost finished with the update. Waited another minute or two and we tested it out...everything was still there and now accessible so I can backup! Very grateful! Really awesome service at a very fair price.

Kevin fixed the problem I was having with my charging port but unfortunately it was a motherboard issue that is causing my phone not to charge via wired. I wanted to pay him for the service he had done but since my S10 PLUS didn't hold a charge he did not accept my payment. That was kind of him and anyone I know with any phone issues I will send business his way! Thanks for the love bro

absolutely wonderful and quick service, with great prices. had my home button on my old iPhone 6s replaced in under 15 minutes for just $20. works perfect! will definitely be back if i have any future phone repair needs!
