Title 45 Part 46.To achieve these goals, IRB will:
Review all submitted research protocols thoroughly to ensure research subject’s
rights and welfare are not violated.
- Apply highest level of ethical standards in reviewing research protocols
- Adhere to federal and local guidelines in human rights protection.
Require IRB staff, board members and investigators to complete periodic
education in human subject protection.
