I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, gain a different outlook on life. I provide a caring, confidential, and supportive environment for my clients to explore their concerns, mental health issues as well as emotional imbalances.
I meet clients where they are in life; whether my clients are seeking to heal from the past, need help for the present or want hope for the future, my desire is to encourage, prepare and empower them to experience "life to the fullest." I specialize in working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, divorce, relationship issues, grief/loss, betrayed, trauma/PTSD, life changes, stress management, and addiction.

ANXIETY FEMALE SUPPORT GROUP-
This is a new support group that will be addressing coping skills to deal with anxiety, fears, trauma and daily life stress that prevent us to enjoy our life at maximum potential. One of the benefits of the group versus regular individual sessions is that group helps us to understand that we are not the only one that struggle and we can learn from other's experiences. DANCING MINDFULNESS CLASSES-
Dancing Mindfulness classes are open to everyone regardless of previous experience with dance, yoga, music, meditation, or spiritual practice, even though Dancing Mindfulness incorporates all of these elements. Since Dancing Mindfulness focuses on “coming as you are,” self-discovery, and noticing whatever may happen as part of the experience, it is imperative that classes are crafted to welcome everyone. In a typical Dancing Mindfulness class, participants will be able to realize the rhythmic qualities of their breathing and heartbeats, to discover the healing, lyrical properties in even the most simple movements, and quite literally, to be able to express their own, personal story on the dance floor. If you are the kind of person who likes to dance like no one is watching, or at least would like to try, the Dancing Mindfulness experience is for you!
