My experience with the IGR team at Terry's Corner has been exceptional. It has been almost 4 weeks since my partial knee replacement and on track/exceeding my expectations in terms of range of motion and strength. Sandy is great, while the PT is painful at times the reward is there. Great job and looking forward to hitting the ski slopes this season.
Ben is a very professional and knowledgeable P.T. he really knows his stuff. And at the same time he is down to earth and uses plain language to explain things to his patients. I've done P T several times. I know a good one when I see him. Convenient location too. Staff is always friendly.
I highly recommend IRG Camano Island to anyone needing PT. I work with Sandra due my back, hip and knee issues. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. I developed a case of vertigo after flying on a plane and was miserable. Come to find out Ben and Maggie specialize in helping realign crystals that affect vertigo. Within 2 visits I was back to normal. Thank you to the whole office for the caring and kind way you care for your patients.
I, Karen Leibrecht, share this account with my husband, and I would like to highly recommend IRG Physical Therapy on Camano Island. The entire staff is welcoming, personable, well-trained, empathetic, patient, and thorough. The exercises and techniques I have learned and practice there are noticeably improving the strength in my legs and the functioning of my osteoarthritic knees. In addition, I have been given printed sheets of the exercises and connections to on-line sites that present experts performing the techniques so I can match my own movements at home. I am very grateful for this meaningful intervention and endorse IRG-Camano Island without reservation. After completing nine physical therapy sessions with IRG Camano Island, I would like to add the following update: I have significantly less pain and stiffness, I am better able to pursue my gardening and other activities, I am sleeping better, I feel at lest ten years younger, and I feel more optimistic about the years ahead, because I can embrace the IRG motto< "Old not weak." Sandra, Maggie, Ben, and Anna are an outstanding team expertly and patiently motivating each client and teaching them the techniques to become their most functional selves. My profound thanks to all!
The equipment and experienced staff at Camano IRG make it the place to go. Everyone is very personable and I have never had a bad experience. The hot chocolate is pretty good too.
I have been a PT drop out in the past so I was somewhat resistant when my doctor suggested PT. I was pleasantly surprised when I started with IRG. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A plan was designed for my needs and goals were set. I am enjoying my appointments and I am happy with my progress.
The staff is knowledgeable, professional and quite friendly. It's a plus they are here on the island and accept VA referrals.
IRG in Camano definitely has my 5 star vote! The therapists customized a stretching/exercise plan specifically for my recovery needs, and I started seeing results right away. The team and staff there are professional, thorough, and always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!
I am fortunate to live in an area Stanwood/Camano Island WA with three distinctly different PT facilities. Having received treatments at all three locations over the years, here is why I prefer and would recommend considering IRG on Camano. The PTs are professional, knowledgeable, patient, attentive, respectful, good-humored, thorough, and never in a hurry. This combination of traits makes me feel not only that my needs are paramount and that I will be treated as a whole person, but it creates a relationship that genuinely supports me in the journey to getting stronger. Larger PT locations jar my senses with an excess of commotion, information, and over-stimulating noise, making it difficult to concentrate and relax into the targeted treatment. In comparison, IRG on Camano has a relaxed atmosphere, is small and personal, and feels more like a place of healing instead of a busy gymnasium. I visited the location and had a LOT of questions before deciding on IRG and the ‘office’ staff couldn’t have been more patient and helpful, I felt so welcomed there. Lastly, IRG offers a patient portal to one’s assigned home based exercises. Through this portal, the patient can locate pics of the exercises, view live video demonstrations of those exercises, keep track of progress, and communicate with the PTs. I am a visual learner and the videos in particular are indispensable for ensuring proper execution of movements. I also appreciate having a mechanism for keeping on track with my assigned exercises. Physical therapy is such a personal experience and it is so important for each individual to do some exploration in order to find the best, all-around fit in a facility. There are IRG locations in many different towns and although I cannot speak to their characteristics, I hope this snapshot view of IRG on Camano Island specifically, may help readers in the Stanwood/Camano area with their decision of finding the perfect location for their PT needs!
IRG have been one of the best folks we have worked with for my dad. We have worked with multiple therapists for him in the past including folks in Bellevue and Seattle, but IRG has gone above and beyond our expectations.
