Your first visit is designed for us to learn more about you, your condition and your expectations and together to determine whether chiropractic care will meet your goals.
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, a report will be given to answer the three most popular questions:
1. Can you help me?
2. What do you recommend that I do to get better?
3. How much is it going to cost?
4. What is my overall treatment plan?

After discussing with you your history and your goals, examining your spine and reviewing any tests, Dr Iris will make recommendations towards your journey to health.

Many years ago, I tried a chiropractor for sciatica. I found that an expensive and useless adventure. I swear I would never go to a chiropractor again. Then I met Dr. Iris. I was having shoulder pain and someone recommended it to me. I was tired of taking pain pills, and nothing else was helping. My first consultation with Dr. Iris was a revelation. Here was someone who is not interested in giving me shots or pumping me with medication. She was working with very modern and exciting message and helped immensely. I would recommend her to anyone who has tried other things and failed to get any relief. She will surprise you.
Dr Iris Rosenfeld went above and beyond in my care and made a real difference. She has a very unique approach to understanding the whole body/whole healing healthcare, looking for true healing methods instead of just prescribing drugs. She made a difference for me both mentally and physically. Very appreciative of all she provided.
Dr. Iris literally saved my quality of life. I had IBS and leaky gut. She knew before even testing me but testing confirmed it. She was the first one who helped me after 15+ years of symptoms and going from practitioner to practitioner with no relief. I am healed now and forever grateful. Also she's funny and warm. If I still lived in Socal I would be her patient forever.
On my first appointment, it was interesting to start learning the Doctor’s beliefs on health, treatment and medicine. I’m anxious to see how well this progresses and what I’ll learn.
Dr Rosenfeld is a nice caring lady, very knowledgeable in more than just trad chiropractic. She takes her time with you, does waaay more treatment types, alternatives than others w 5 min whack n crack.. Not her! She gently warms and loosens up prior to any adjustments. Also works closely with massage therapists, and even applied to my insurance carrier so I'd be better covered. :
Dr. Iris is very thorough in her approach to your overall health in addition to body alignment. She tests everything and asks great questions. Her style is direct with compassion. She helped change my life. Forever grateful!
Dr. Rosenfeld really knows her stuff! I love her holistic approach! She is on the leading edge of wellness, she provides massage therapy in her office, has a line of supplements and really cares about her patients. Her staff is awesome and caring. You are in great hands when receiving treatment from Dr. Iris!
Fantastic experience! I've never been to a chiropractor so needless to say I was nervous but I found Dr. Iris was great with newbies. My first visit was extremely thorough and informative. I also appreciate that she works with a network of other health practioners that help with ones overall total wellness.
Dr. Rosenfeld saved me, not only can she adjust you but she has an arsenal to work with. She has cold laser, but she also has electrode pads,a thumper and my favorite the decompression table. It literally saved my vacation. She also has a fantastic massage therapist and a couple of things I’ve never tried, but I want to. God bless this little lady she is the best!!!
I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Rosenfeld for chiropractic needs. Due to my line of work I had severe neck, shoulder and back pain. So much stiffness and cramping in the neck area. Within 1 week and just 2 sessions I immediately started to feel better. Dr. Rosenfeld is also such a caring, nurturing person whose expertise is second to none. Her staff is also very caring and organized. Love coming here.
