VSF=Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Fitness based yoga focusing on mobility, flexibility enhancement and pose/posture endurance. (I call this your insurance against injury in intense fitness regimens as well as normal daily activity.) 1-2 vinyasa flows in a set.
Christian Based Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Fitness based yoga focusing on mobility, flexibility enhancement and pose/posture endurance set to the background of Christian contemporary music (KTIS FM style). 1-2 vinyasa flows in a set.
Barreyasa
A complete blend of vinyasa flow yoga and Barre. Both techniques are intermingled throughout the entire class.
3-5 vinyasa flows in a set, some will be held for pose stretch and the barre is used for added balancing efforts.
**All classes are fitness based, with a strong focus on core strength, long lines and endurance.
