The Irondequoit Public Library Foundation is a non-profit organization supporting the Irondequoit Public Library through financial support, public awareness and community partnerships.
We assist with fundraising efforts for library and receive tax-deductible donations. In addition, the Irondequoit Public Library Foundation works with the Irondequoit public Library Board of Trustees and the Irondequoit Town Board to ensure that the library remains financially secure. These efforts help to guarantee that the important community services the library provides will continue to exist.
The Irondequoit Public Library Foundation also helps to raise awareness and promote the educational programs the library offers for children and adults. In addition, we work to build the library’s partnerships with individuals, businesses and the community. This enhances the quality of the services offered by the library and makes sure they continue to meet the needs of Irondequoit residents.
