Great new hibachi and sushi restaurant in Ashburn at an excellent location near Whole Foods. Good service and relatively quick if you beat the rush. They serve beer and wine as well. Meal was overall pretty standard for hibachi but a little pricey compared to similar establishments in the area. My only complaint is the shrimp was a bit overcooked.
Originally we went next door to Baker's Crust BUT will probably not return there. After 10 mins ABSURD we were never greeted by our server not even an "I'll be right with you". So we came here, and will definitely return! The customer service was A+, from the host greeting us to our very friendly and attentive server & the person busing our table. The hibachi was very good and hot, the sushi was amazing and fresh. The outside patio area was also very nice and quiet.
One of the best hibachi restaurants I've ever visited. The service was phenomenal and Ken, the bartender, really demonstrated his craft. One of the best dining experiences I've had in Ashburn.
Great sushi Not to good staff experience First time going to a made to order sushi place. Turned out to be excellent. Waitress didn't know her beers too well and messed up my friends order. They quickly made it the way he ordered and brought the correct dish. Will definitely go back. Music is a little loud in the lounge area so need to talk a little loud.
Awesome place! Beautiful restaurant and great sushi! I stopped in to get sushi to go... check out the place. It is big, great looking. They have two bars and hibachi tables, as well as regular tables. The service at the bar was great! But i was really interested in the food, so i was eager to get home and eat. It was great! So great, i forgot to take a picture of it before devouring it all. I recommend this place, very much.
We had hibachi lunch. These tables are hidden so the restaurant is actually much larger than it appears. The decor is modern and airy. Lots of wood. The seats at the hibachi tables are glossy red and really cushy. The meal was tasty and an excellent value. We are coming back to sample the ginger martini when we are off the clock.
My family made a reservation at 6:30 PM. We were there on time and got seated. We had high expectation and because this place had good reviews and we have had Nagoya which is 100% better We went in with happy faces and it took 20 minutes for the waitress to come take our drink order and another 10 min for her to take our food order. Our appetizers came 20 min after and our "chef" has still not come. It's been a good hour and a half and still no "chef" their customer service is so bad that I myself left my family to wait outside until they called me back to tell me that our "chef" was there. I rather sit outside then to wait and see other people eat food when I'm hungry and been waiting here for 1 hour and a half. It's about 8 PM right now and we came here at 6:30PM. Are they trying to starve us?
Our first two visits to the restaurant were a mix between good and great. We thought we found a new good restaurant. This last visit tonight has made me never want to come back. Extremely rude service and very small portions. The sushi was still good, but the hibachi was far from good. After we complained and showed the manager the small portions of hibachi even the rice portion was skimpy, she just said sorry and walked away.
Horrible nasty management! Went there on a Friday night and service was just horrible! We had to get up from our seats and ask for our food and drinks several times. Appetizers were completely forgotten about. Sushi was not anything to rave about whatsoever. I’ve been contacting the owner and manager Polly several times and they refuse to return my calls or emails. I am in utter shock this is how they handle business. I guess I’ll have to dispute my charges and rip them apart on social media if this is how they handle customers. Was really hoping to give them a fair chance to correct the issue but clearly they have no intention doing so.
Went here to unwind after a long week of work. The One Loudon area is very nice and up and coming. Server was absolutely great, their sake, and beer selection was good... and of course, how could I forget about their rolls... I love sushi, and this place was top notch. Must try if you're in the area.
