I recently closed on a property and used Mr. Howard for my closing. Getting to the closing table was a challenge; however once at the closing table, everything went smoothly. I did not have much contact with Mr. Irvin; however, Ms. Trish and Katie were very pleasant to work with and were very responsive to the lenders and my needs. I would use them again if needed.
