Amazing company! I personally use their straight razor and love the design, you no longer have to pry open your razor to put in a blade with their design and its a game changer. I also had an issue an order which wasn’t a big deal, a mat I had ordered came in the wrong color so I contacted the company. Irving then went through resolving the issue and sent me a new custom poured mat even though I had only gotten a black and white one. I wasn’t expecting this level of compensation, I already love their products but that sort of customer service is unreal. I recommend you to definitely try them out!

These guys are awesome. They make and sell great products. I had an issue with something I purchased from them that was caused by me and I contacted them asking for assistance. They warrantied my item, sent me replacement parts, and sent me the tracking information on the shipment. Best customer service I’ve experienced with an online purchase ever. If you need barber supplies, these are the guys to get it from!
