Great flying field and friendly members. The club board have since changed and are all super friendly. Come visit and see for yourself! I am one of the Life Members there and usually fly on Sundays. Come by and say hi!
I was a member here for a few years and while most of my time spent here was fine I have decided not to renew my membership due to the unfriendliness of some of the "older" members in this field. As an example, I was minding my own business one day and was approached by another member in a hostile manner and demanded to see my proof of membership at the field. I politely refused because he had no right to enforce park rules. I was utterly offended at this borderline racist action. I paid my membership dues and felt this action was unnecessary. I will never step foot in this field again and I have found more suitable and less hostile places to enjoy my RC hobby.
Best field, a little windy in the afternoon, and watch out for the spiders in the evening, there everywhere in those trees. but private members only field nice run way, clean.
Great RC flying field! Nice runway with tables/benches and trees for shade. Club members are friendly, just say hello.
