When my father passed I was broken, it was such a huge loss in our lives. I have to be honest I was dreading the meeting the next day with the funeral home with my Mother and younger brother. Jason Denton was the funeral director for Dad and from the first moment he introduced himself I had a peaceful feeling. He did an amazing job with Dad and his service and went above and beyond! I can’t thank you enough Jason!

As a pastor, I have had a hand in burying hundreds of people across 2 countries Australia and the United Stafes. I've worked with many funerals directors and funeral homes, and I can unequivocally say that Irwins Funeral Home is the best funeral home I have ever worked with. I consider Jason, John, Bob, Randy and all the other directors and staff colleagues and friends.

Jason Denton at Irwin's in Granite City is absolutely amazing, especially when it comes to details! He made the process comfortable and was so empathetic. He listened when I talked about my loved ones hobbies and things they liked. I highly recommend Irwin's funeral home as they treat you as family.

Jason was so very helpful and compassionate, his patience while we were forced to make such hard decisions was truly a blessing. Gary was my dad's friend and made sure he drove my dad to his final resting place. They also made sure my mom got a stool to stand on so she could kiss my dad goodbye. Our family is so grateful to everyone at Irwin for making things alittle more bearable

While I had attended hundreds of funerals at Irwin Funeral Home, I was never involved in helping prepare for one. They did a stellar job and not once, at any time, was anyone there to hard sell or up sell us on anything. In fact, they answered our questions that allowed us to feel ok when we chose a lesser priced item. They handled everything and executed our every desire. Such a gift to anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one.

My son Joey was viewed at the Granite City location and my father In law in the Glen Carbon location. Albeit I like Glen Carbon better than Granite both locations are fantastic. Professional & Couteous & Kind & Caring. Can not imagine using another funeral home.

They were very kind and helpful.... Made my mother very beautiful after all the health issues she had been through...looked like an angel...!!! When my daddy died.. they were again wonderful and kind...

There are the most wonderful people very caring and go out their way to make sure everything is perfect, so you dont have to worry about arrangements. At the time of losing a love one.

I want to thank everyone from Irwin in Granite City. My father died during this awful pandemic and the folks here were so helpful and considerate to our family. Thank you thank you
