Ishrat I. Quadri Pediatrics

This office continues to get worse and worse. Completely unprofessional. “Forgets to switch phones over.” Calling office for 20 minutes and phones are still off and waiting 40 minutes to be seen and I had the first appointment in the morning.

Never again. There are too many people working there, and even though are nice, they are very very disorganized, there is too long of a wait time and the office is run down and untidy. Not sure if the many employees are doing billing behind the counter, but they are not tending to the little patients as their #1 priority. The doctor over vaccinated my child, offered me more vaccinations that was not needed and didn't even read my kid's records properly. I was livid when I realized that there was no track of my child's records. The office is also in disrepair, peeling paint, holes in the examination table, etc. It was not a good experience and we will not return. They need to be more professional there. I hope that they get their act together because like I said, they are nice people. But you must put the child FIRST....

This has been one of the WORST pediatrics i have been to with my daughter. When my family first started going there we had semone as a pediatrician, as time went on her APRN was changed without notice or explanation. Who did we get stuck with ? Quadri is whom we were/are stuck with now and she has been the worst DR my child has seen in all 6 years of her life. Little to NO pediatric social skills my daughter was uncomfortable and i cannot stand the condescending tone of her or her unprofessional reception. The reception will literally look at you and wait minutes before speaking to you , Not sure the name of the older Spanish reception but when i find out will gladly give a update very nasty attitude EVERY TIME i go in and she is working. Everyone here needs to go back to school for social etiquette or find a job where there's no customer service needed , today is the very last straw will be looking for a new provider . Because of semone my daughter loved the doctors its not the same anymore . 6 years of straight non sense hoping for change , ENOUGH IS ENOUGH #MyChildDeservesBetter

This Dr. Is one of the most unprofessional physicians I have ever met. I only continued to go to this place because of my original doctor Dr. Balakrishna that I adored. This snooty heffa is horrible. Waiting times from 1-2 hours, no apology no courtesy from the assistants to come in the room with an update or nothing. I'm finding another pediatrician ASAP.

They’re extremely nice, but they are very unorganized. Also their wait times are horrible. If you have an appointment at 10:30am you won’t be seen for 40 minutes. This may have something to do with walk-ins but I have been to other walk ins and wait times for both parties were no longer than 10 minutes.

Serious lack of communication on doctors end. They are all never on the same page. They're advice is highly contradictive. Very aggravating, smh.

Pretty sure the older doctors there are racist..

She is a great doctor!
