5 stars in all category. The food was delicious and the coffee was fresh. The portions were decent and in fact the kids menu pancake was huge! Loved the huevos Rancheros and the raspberry french toast was sublime! The order arrived on time and the server was very attentive. The place was airy with comfy laid back vibes. I'm really glad I tried this place when visiting Deception pass state park and would recommend it very highly! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and good selection of kids menu
I had the ham and cheese scramble with sourdough bread. Hubby might have had the chorizo and eggs. I'm not sure. All I know is that his eggs were orange. Anything orange is too spicy for me. He didn't even break a sweat. So annoying!Food: 5/5
Had to make the ferry. No time for coffee. Galley was closed. Island Cafe in Oak Harbor saved my morning. Great coffee, delicious breakfast, and Brittney was an attentive pleasant waitress. Would come again.Food: 5/5
We stopped in for an early dinner after a high school baseball game in Coupeville. Loved the prime rib! Cooked perfectly rare for me, and my friend had a well done top sirloin and it also was cooked to perfection! My husband really liked the fish & chips, too! Gave it 4 stars only because we thought it was a bit pricey.Food: 5/5
The fish is absolutely delicious and the broccoli is fresh not frozen! The service was wonderful our girl was very pleasant and fun to talk with. My grandchildren have been raised on the island and it's their opinion that Island Cafe is the best restaurant on the island. I was visiting from Montana and I have to agree with them!Food: 5/5
This restaurant has a very large menu with many different styles of food, which always makes me hesitant. But after trying a lot of their food I can say there really isn't anything done poorly. Tip that with rotating daily specials, the turkey dinner is my favorite, combined with great prices and you have a winner. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating the only drawback is the small parking lot which is frequently packed, bit don't let that discourage you. The food and friendly staff are worth the wait. Clean restaurant and the food is always hot and quick, try it out.
Stopped here for breakfast and could not stop coming in for breakfast every day after. Though may seem a little pricey for a cafe, portion sizes are generous, wide range of meals for anytime of day. All day breakfast. Coffee refills and quick and friendly service. Will definitely stop here every time we visit Oak Harbor and would definitely recommend.
Great place for breakfast or brunch! Always happy to go hear and enjoy the food. Great service and atmosphere. If you're looking for a nice diner with a small, local feel, this is the placeFood: 5/5
Amazing experience! Friendly staff and incredible food. Nice quick spot to stop in, we were in and out in 20 minutes and that was without rushing! Left very full and can’t wait to go back! Side note: they had the best nachos I’ve ever had!
We were in town for a wedding. Three of us had fish and chips. We've had a lot of fish and chips. We all agreed yours is the best! Seafood Alfredo was a hit. Chicken Alfredo was also a favorite. 97 year old Mother in law had cup of chowder, and half sandwich. She said chowder actually had clams, and was delicious! Our waiter did a great job! Thank you
