Our specialized training programs one-on-one personal training, small group training, FitCamp bootcamp classes, TRX classes. Our Group Class offerings include spin, cardio kickboxing, yoga, pilates, body pump, and Zumba, We also offer specialized dance classes like salsa and bachata as well as burlesque fitness classes.
