With community support, Island Hospital Foundation has given over $5 million to support Island Hospital and impactful community health programs. In 2015, over $556,000 was raised and given directly to benefit our independent and local community hospital.
Ranked #3 in Washington State by Medicare, and #3 in the state for Surgery by Consumer Reports - Island Hospital is the center for health, wellness and critical access serving Anacortes, north Whidbey Island, the San Juan Islands, La Conner, the Swinomish Reservation and western Skagit County. Island Hospital is Washington State's largest Level III Trauma facility and was recognized nationally as a "Top 100 Hospital" by Solucient.
