The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful and got me and my wife checked in to our room quickly. The room was nice but just that, nice. There was nothing special about the room, quite ordinary really. The gaming floor offered a large selection of slot/video poker machines, but the table games selection was limited.  Cocktail waitresses were very friendly and, for the most part, very timely. There are always people cleaning the casino floor and restrooms. They have multiple restaurants/eateries that have good food to choose from.

Went on a girl's trip and stayed here for the first time. It was great! They have a side parking lot behind the nonsmoking side so you can go the beach, the pool on the smoking side is GORGEOUS. There was live music while we were there on Saturday night  and the shops stay open most of the day, even a couple of them are 24 hours like the Casino part. Four of the girls on our trip won at least $400. Rooms were clean and stocked. Great time overall.

Still not used to smoking after having not been around it so long. However, and thankfully, there is a non-smoking side and it's a lot calmer. The pool setups are different on the smoking and non-smoking sides though but the non-smoking side has a view of the Gulf. I'm not a gambler but I signed up as a new member and was given a $20 credit and had fun spending someone else's money. All staff was nice and everything was open. Their food prices are great and that breakfast buffet was very reasonably priced and has good offerings. I'd come back here just for that! Having the two sides and it being clean, on both sides, is great. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. Room service was courteous and prompt.

Pretty good experience,  Especially if you win. Rooms are decent. They could use a tad updating, maybe removing carpet and getting rid if rhe dated wood look. Everything seemed clean. Had good food while visiting. Overall I would return.Rooms: 4/5

Location is convenient to our home, which allows a great beach Drive along hwy 90.  Somethings in life money can't buy. Great gaming experience, friendly staff, and the feeling of a secure area is a winning combination.  Service provided by cocktail waitresses, dining staff, Security personnel and cleaning staff consistently exceed my expectations.  Great job!!

We stayed on the beach side and rooms were nice. The gambling here is horrible on the beach side. Never could cash out anything, not one ticket. Cannot recommend this casino at all.  Staff was not pleasant and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. No smiling faces must hate their jobs. Won’t be back ever!!  The old casino was more fun. People a little friendlier. Do not eat at the buffet on Monday evenings. The price was $27.99 a person and all three of us could not eat any of it. It was disgusting even the desserts were terrible. Have never eaten soft, mushy boiled shrimp before. Even the lettuce in the salad was old. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

During my recent visit to the casino, I had a remarkable experience that I would like to share. Donavan Roberts, the assistant manager, proved to be an invaluable asset. He graciously assisted me with directions and provided essential information that enhanced my overall experience.  I had the pleasure of dining at the C&G Grill, where Katelyn showcased exceptional skills in her role, seemingly as a supervisor. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring an enjoyable dining experience was evident. The culinary offerings were delectable, and the service was impeccable.  One aspect that stood out was the distinction between the non-smoking and smoking sections of the casino. The non-smoking area exuded modernity and cleanliness, creating a pleasant atmosphere for non-smokers. My visit to the casino left a positive impression overall, significantly contributed to making my experience enjoyable.  I previously worked for island view, but I want to clarify that I am no longer employed by the company at the time of writing this review. Right down by the beach! This was the first casino of our trip. One of the managers stopped by to check on us and knew our names. She was really sweet and wished us luck. We were new rewards members, so we got $20 in play credit and $20 food credit, which was awesome! We spent our food credit on the buffet, and it was pretty good. The Italian bar was the worst one. It was as if the food had sat there for hours, and there was no attendant in that area. Every other section constantly had someone.

They double the amount of free play I had available at Harrah's casino! I was able to win on several games! My sister's and I had lunch at the buffet and it was delicious! No stars for the rooms because I haven't stayed there yet!  Food & drinks: I really enjoyed the buffet!

This place I have been going to since it opened. I missed a few yrs well 10 to be exact, but when I returned I was amazed. It was thrilling, excitement and everything was more than I expected. I had a blast and even left with a little extra in my pocket. I highly recommend this placeLocation: 5/5
