Wonderful customer service! I was looking for an odd size havdalah candle to fit a nonstandard but lovely! holder. Customer service came through with prompt email responses and some out of the box thinking to find the exact thing. Next time I hit Boston, this will be one of my stops--oddly, they have books, too

Fantastic customer service! I mail ordered Hanukkah candles very close to the start of the holiday and they delivered them to me fast and in time for the first night! I don't think I would have gotten that type of speedy service elsewhere on such short notice, but they understood my needs and delivered!

Excellent selection. Store is light, bright and airy. Salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. Lovely Judaica; colorful kippot; and large variety of Seforim and Jewish music options.

My first time in the Israel Book Shops. Everyone was very helpful and informative. I was able to discover that they have a daily except Friday mincha service at 2 PM. They also have an amazing assortment of religious books, kippas and other items. Today I was looking for a new kipa. I had try online but it is really difficult to know the fit without trying it on. I found a perfect knit black one and was very satisfied. Recomend it highly.

Very good Judaica store. Wide selection from many streams of Judaism. Gets crowded around holidays, of course. There's a town parking lot if you can't find street parking.

What a nice store! Lots of unusual and interesting items, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a parking lot right behind the store not free, but not expensive.
