"Issaquah Paddle Sports rents Sit-On-Top Kayaks, Stand Up Paddleboards SUPs, and Pedalboats by the hour at Tibbetts Beach in Lake Sammamish State Park. The park has two beaches, two creeks and over a mile of shoreline to explore and Lake Sammamish is over seven miles long. Our location is more sheltered than Lake Washington and has a gently sloping beach making it perfect for beginners and families. In the mornings you'll likely see bald eagles, osprey, great blue herons, and a variety of waterfowl. If you are new to paddling, just ask our staff how to get started.A $30 annual WA Discover Pass or $10 Day Use Fee per vehicle is required to drive into the park. Passes are available at the ranger station, in parking lot or on-line."

The kayak rental is very simple and is done entirely online. The staff seemed friendly and courteous throughout. Kayaks are in good condition and Lake Sammamish is always really pretty with calm water. Life vests are included in your rental price. All in all, a really good experience!

Awesome experience, great service, and literally NO hassle when we were 10 mins late returning the gear.  Prices were VERY reasonable.  $23/hr for tandem, as opposed to $45/hr or 60/hr near Boeing.

Awesome lake to chill out. There is room for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking both single and tandem kayaks. There are life jackets and equipment rentals available. Medium waves in the lake, really good view and many shores to tent with friends and family.

Staff seemed lazy:  "go pick out a life jacket"..."your oars are over there"..."grab a boat and you can go". They weren't even busy. They also gave my ID to the wrong person and I waited for an hour for the person to bring it back. Seems you'd want to check who you're giving ID back to.  Can you rent a kayak or paddle board? Yes. Don't expect friendly or helpful staff and make sure you check your ID.

Very easy to get rentals especially when booked online. With a ton of people around and small area to get your kayaks etc, you would easily run into people getting started or folks doing tubing close to the shore. So definitely be quick to start navigating quickly during hot days.

Great rental service at Lake Sammamish state park. Rates were reasonable per hour. You need to reserve early and online. The equipment usually sold out reserved by the afternoon on nice sunny weekends.  Reserve for same day only starting at 6 AM.

Great place for water sports. Affordable pricing with online booking system.

We thorougly enjoyed the canoe ride. The staff were super friendly. It was easy to rent the canoe. You need to provide an ID proof for rentals. Life jackets are provided as part of the rental. Minimum rental duration is 1 hr and cost around $25.

Affordable water fun for family. Was a little nervous going on the pedal boat for the first time. But the instructions were clear and the boat was great! Wonderful experience all in all.

Easy online registration. Love that option, it makes this experience so much easier. Second time renting and will rent again soon. Wish the rentals were 2 hrs in length.
