Payment issues, but the women were very professional and sincere about what’s going on in my situation. Tidy and odor free facility with a good atmosphere. I’ll keep using these lockers for my storage purposes and recommend that others do the same.

VERY FEMALE FRIENDLY!!!!! THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOMED AND COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR STUFF BEING STORED THERE. THE ARMY VET IS A REAL TREAT ALSO!!! HE HAVE A HANDS ON APPROACH TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THE SPACE YOU MIGHT NEED. WHAT A BLESSING TO ALL OF YOU!!!!!

Mr. Williams goes above and beyond. Special thank too him he is always helpful and the front desk is knowledgeable

The staff are very friendly, the space is clean and secure, my only issue is that I do not have 24 hr access to my storage unit. I understand the security reasons, I just wish I could access my things outside of normal hours.
