Every time I swing by there's always a line, but I guess that's probably normal on weekends. Despite it being busy, the people there are pretty chill. They even remade my drink, when I forget to mention that I was allergic to milk. Even though it was busy and I could tell how stressed some of them looked, they helped solve my issue quickly.  10/10 I definitely come back, when It is not busy.

My fiancée loves her Thai Tea from here. Since we were shopping inside the mall, this Boba Time location was convenient for us. When we got to the place, they had a long line for just ordering because they only had 2 employees working. I think we waited in line for about 15 minutes and then it took another 15 minutes for the drink to come out. They closed indoor dining likely due to covid so it's understandable. The Thai Tea came out great and my fiancée loved it.

We popped in on this hot summer day! Ordered the usual green tea frap w/ extra boba, Oreo milk tea with w/ extra boba and Oreo shake with boba and grandma also wanted chicken tenders. OMG those tenders were SOOOO YUMMY! We sadly tasted and almost ate all of grandmas chicken tenders bc they were so tasty!  And the sweet chili sauce is DELICIOUS!!! I went to the manager to tell them thank you for the excellent service, excellent food/drinks etc. I asked him everyone’s name… Thank you Vishwa for all the perfect & tasty beverages and food in a timely manner! Thank you Ava for kind customer service at the register and patience with all of us ordering! Thank you Tam for hiring great staff!! And thank you Sean for being part of this team that made us great food and great experience today!!! See ya next time!!!

I ordered a strawberry matcha milk tea on the app, but they didn’t put strawberries inside it was only matcha. When i asked, they told me its in in you have to shake it and it didn’t have any taste of strawberry.disappointed of this location

Got Bobatea. Found out they sweeten with fructose corn syrup!! Worse sugar ever, very unhealthy. Atmosphere noisy. Girl on speaker phone Kids really loud.

Horrible service. Workers couldn’t comprehend what I was asking— pretty sure they were high because the amount of times I repeated myself to a dumbfounded face was ridiculous. When I was trying to confirm my order less tea, more milk because I have caffeine sensitivity with one girl and she couldn’t understand what I meant, another woman said she’ll remake it and when I got it, it was PURE tea with a splash of milk. Disrespectful and downright mean given my health sensitivity. I know she heard me too so it wasn’t a misunderstanding. Also I waited 25min for the drink and obviously threw it out when I realized it was pure tea. Plus the entire floor was littered with trash and it felt gross being in there.

The drinks are good but the staff needs customer service training, Melissa was very rude and made me feel like an inconvenience just being there

This place is hella good! Everyone here be so polite, kind and they make drinks hella fast. I love there Tiger Sugar MT, Coconut Strawberry and Earl Grey.

We always get the sriracha mayo with our popcorn chicken  Don't forget your punch card for your 11th drink free!

These folks were there around the 4 stars category. Over the last few months, things have gone significantly south! Their food menu is gone where their chicken/fries et al were solid....and they are only the drink shop!! Now that's not particularly bad but they are losing their edge on the drinks that made them popular in the first place. The staff seem uninterested, the drinks are off instructions and the charm of this place, well lost!! The Umi hot dog place though not top of its class seems better for a quick bite & the Cereal Twister store diagonally across has an interesting set of menu items!! It's Boba has to decide whether it wants to come back strong or it simply isn't their "time"!! Good luck guys
