There were clothes everywhere. The store was a mess. The staff was extremely RUDE! No one greeted me or asked if I needed anything. The store was HOT, at least 100 degrees. I couldn't get a dressing room. And when I went to check out and changed my mind about 1 item, the girl told me to put it on the rack instead of doing her job and returning it to the rack herself. I simply sat it on the counter. She then got an attitude and slammed my merchandise and reciept on the counter, while rolling her eyes. I will never go back there!

It's a women's clothing store that offers low prices items, but some of it is lower-quality in fabric and craftsmanship. Be careful to inspect each item for mistakes in the manufacturing process, such as missed stitches and small holes. Otherwise, it was great because it wasn't crowded and they had a clearance sale on handbags. See photo:

So I was there on New Year's Eve, to find a cute outfit. I had also grabbed a pair of earrings to pair it with my outfit. I knew I couldn't go in the fitting room with the merchandise so I had kindly asked the store manager if she can hold it for me, which she did. She was polite and kindly introduced herself in case I needed any additional help. After finding the perfect NYE outfit I went up to the register and asked the cashier about my pair of earrings that was put on hold. I kid you not and I'm not even exaggerating, she didn't even bother to look! She stood there and looked to her left and right and said to me "well they gone now" I was highly dismay with her customer service skills and her response. She was absolutely rude, and pathetic with no customer service training... so I went to find the store manager and asked her about the earrings she was nice enough to find them for me with no attitude. I don't shop there often with an expectation of finding something cute and easy. But that'll be the last time they'll see my face!

I love the fashion but OMG everytime I go there the associates are EXTREMELY GHETTO and lack proper customer service skills!!! There's ALWAYS inappropriate conversations amongst associates. I shouldn't hear your ENTIRE phone conversation!! Associates yell across the store to other associates pertaining things outside the store or customers .There is NOTHING AT ALL professional about the aassociates and their lack of professionalism. Whoever does the hiring, need to gain leadership and supervisory skills. It's places like these that give "us" a bad name .Also, there attire is also inappropriate too little clothes showing every curve, roll and dent! Y'all could do better!!

The services was awful. Slow for checking out 2 people were working but one did not wants help at check out line she did everything else not to work. This was first time in 3year go to this store now I remember why I stopped going

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Extremely does not explain how rude the worker here I walked in the store and the lady had something nasty to say as if it is her business what my kid is doing or what I tell my kid as long as it does not concern her businesses she has no right to comment about my kid... RIDE RUDE RUDE. lost my business I will never walk in this store again.
