Ital Vital Rastaurant Vegan Take-Out & Juice Bar Now Serving Two Locations.

I’m not sure why, but I didn’t love this place like everyone else seems to! I thought the portion size was great, but the dishes available on the day I went didn’t feel as fresh or quite as flavourful as I was expecting. I may have to give Ital Vital another chance and see if my opinion changes because I really wanted to love this place. However, the hot sauce was great and really helped, I recommend getting it if you can handle heat. Also, the small plate is more than enough food for most people, and comes at a great price.

I liked the food I received! It is different from other Caribbean foods I have had. My sisters also enjoyed their food. We also liked their mango juice! I definitely recommend this establishment!!! Vegetarian options: All vegan items!

Got a drumsticks combo and a small veggie plate. It was unbelievably good. I can’t wait to go back. The drumsticks have an amazing flavour. The fries were delicious and crispy. The small plate was the perfect portion size for me. I chose a few of the different stews on a base of noodles. I would 100% eat this exact same order again. I would like to try some of their fresh juice next time as well. It looked really good. This place is the real deal. Good vibes, amazing food. What more could you ask for?! Thank you on behalf of vegetarians everywhere.

Amazing food! Amazing people! I'm someone who likes food that reminds me of back home Kenya and this place did exactly that. I tried the rice and peas with chickpea stew and BBQ tofu. It was so good! Can't wait to have it again. 10/10Food: 5/5

5 stars because of the customer service and delicious food for take-out. If you are #vegan or #vegetarian, this place is a great choice for you as they have different Caribbean veggie dishes every day of the week! I also tried their shake which was made from some nuts and dates added to it to make it sweet… in terms of portion size it is great as well, I got a small size and still could feed 2 pp.

The food is DELICIOUS. DE.LI.CIOUS I found this place in passing and have wanted to visit it for over 2 years. I finally visited and my mind was blown. The "spare rib" they give is hands down amazing. There are authentic flavours in the options that you just dont see in vegan/vegetarian restaurants. My only stitch is they dont nessecarily follow their menu offerings so you may want to go in and see what they have but everything tastes so good I can't complain. Had jerk tofu, beans, beans, bbq "spare ribs", "beef" curry with rice and peas. Ital Vital is a little gem! years ago a friend had catered a party from them and everything was so good, but I don't live nearby so I was happy to finally visit myself on the way to the beach in the bluffs. I ordered a small plate with quinoa, greens, pumpkin and asked the owner to add what his favourite was...he chose the cauliflower and it was nicely spiced. Also had the mango lemon juice so refreshing. As a vegan it's wonderful to have a Caribbean spot where everything on the menu is conducive to the lifestyle usually can't eat at any other ones. Appreciate the authentic vibe and it's my new go-to for Caribbean food!

This place was amazing!!!! Completely delicious. We got the large combo and the chicken burger and neither disappointed. The vegan ribs? Delicious. The plaintains? Yum. The three stews? Healthy and mouth watering. What a find! Going to need to figure out how to spice fries the way they do here.
