The staff was wonderful. Danny was super easy going and made sure we were well served. Plus Greygoose Vodka staff were going around giving free shots which was awesome especially in a tropic setting! It's a good place to go to feel the Key Largo vibe! Lots of comfy seating on the water with 180-degree scenery of boats, jet skiis, and a fabulous sunset!! Good live music!! All ages were there, kids to boomers. Good Keys food and drinks! We shared a 12-inch Sausage, Olives and Mushroom pizza, which was really good! Because seafood is best in the Keys, we shared a Lobster Mac n Cheese. Delicious!! For drinks, we ordered a Mango Mojito for me and a Patron Silver for my daughter. Both drinks were good. As far as service goes, it could've been a lot better as the place was not packed. Our server took a long time between checking on us, and one time, it was a 20-minute wait for a water refill. It was a hot evening, and we were thirsty. I had to drop a star for that. The band played 70s, 80s and 90s music. We were all singing along! It's always more fun when you know the words to the songs. Couples were upfront dancing. Good energy here! Parking is free, and there was plenty of room. We definitely will go back on our next trip to Key Largo.

We had another great time! We come here frequently from Miami and Brett took great care of us. Whether we are riding our bikes, the Porsche Club or in our motor home we always come here. Oysters and the grouper platter with mushrooms were great. I haven’t had the pizza, yet I here it is a must.Food: 4/5

What is not to like? Great and I mean GREAT food. Atmosphere that is to die for... Live music , in a tiki bar overlooking the water, with a cool mister blowing on the entire bar! This place rocks... The service was outstanding prices are reasonable... stop in you will not be sorry!!!Food: 5/5

We had an amazing and relaxing stop at Big Chill. The seafood was amazing, the drinks were tasty and refreshing and healthy pours too, but the most notable was super attentive, cool, knowledgeable staff. We got lucky to be served by Travis and Christian, they would stop by the table to chat and see if we needed anything, and they were full of great advice about their menu, drinks, or things to see and do in the area. Great place and great staff! Recommend!!

Service was outstanding. We were a party of 6 and Danny was very attentive and professional. We were seated immediately and our dinners came out quick. Thank you for a lovely evening we had spending quality time with our family from our of town.Food: 5/5

We stopped at The Big Chill on our way out of town from Key West weekend. We were greeted my Tommy who was very welcoming. Not only did he come back to check on us several times, on a super hot day, the pitcher of ice cold water was great. The food and service was superb… best grouper ruben sandwich! We will be back. Great place to eat a good meal with one of the best sunset views in Key Largo. Would definitely eat here again. Good for families with children. There is an abundance of outdoor seating as well. Excellent for pictures at sunset.Food: 4/5

Such a great place! Amazing views, food and service! Our servers, Chelsea, Freddy and Andres were attentive and always there to refill our water and drinks before we even had to ask, and the place was packed! The sunset view was spectacular, and so was the live music! The band was so good, we stayed for all three sets! All in all it’s a great place to “Chill!”

Great food and selection on the menu, they never disappoint. The sunset views are spectacular along with entire vibe! One of my fave spots!Food: 4/5
