Had an unfortunate lens break. Awesome that I had Apple care attached to this device! Was able to schedule a visit. They had the part and they actually were able to get it done in record timing. Thank you so much for that. The entire staff and repair team were fabulous and even asked other Apple tech questions while I waited. The price was great due to my Apple care plan as well.
This is waayyy better than your average shopping mall Apple Store. These guys are knowledgeable and pleasant. The store is a bit tucked away, but they carry excellent inventory and a high reputation locally for quality repairs.
iTech always gives superb customer service. The turnaround time for repair was better than I expected and my problems were taken care of in a satisfactory manner. I would recommend iTech to anyone needing Apple care! Always always reliable and friendly!
I had a great experience with iTech! I got a call less than an hour after submitting a question about my macbook, and they were very upfront about costs and what they could/couldnt do. They also took it an extra step by making sure they had done everything they could before sending it in, and saved me 800$+ in doing so! The turnaround for my repair was also super fast— it took them less than 24hrs. I will be back if I have any future issues!
They were very nice and got my phone in right away with no wait for assistance. The work was fast and they had the part in stock to fix my phone the same day!! The only thing is after they “wiped” my phone it took me 2 hours to get my phone back to being more than a paper weight. Also seeing how it was my only access to try to get to calling my service provider it was hard with a phone that wouldn’t make calls. Thank heavens for my Apple Watch….
iTech provides great service for our Apple products. We have their extended service plan on 3 devices and really like having knowledgeable, capable support for any issues that arise. Most recently we had a question about a notification from Apple about an attempt to connect a new device. Used the opportunity to have my laptop scanned and cleaned. It was completed same day. Very satisfied!
My husband suggested we go to iTech for a newer computer. I love our Apple computer and thinking of getting a new one was not something I was looking forward to doing. However, meeting Theo was such a nice experience for me and my husband. He was clear and concise about pricing. Found the best pricing and what we were looking for. Thank you to Theo for being patient with me as well as helping us. Five stars.
I took my apron in for a tune up and was greeted by Isiah very promptly and he was wonderful. Laptop was finished later that day and when I picked it up was greeted by another Associate very promptly also!! Did get his name!! Great place for service, purchasing, etc!! Thank You, Itech!!
Top notch as always! Very friendly and very helpful, takes as much time as necessary to answer any questions and we never feel rushed by any of the techs there. I have never felt pressured to buy something, necessary or not. Awesome customer service!!
The team at iTech is super knowledgable and makes buying decisions easy when it comes to all things Apple or just tech advice. Much more convenience than trying to drive to a Best Buy or locate an Apple Store nearby.
