The 1 star is for the instructors- not the students. Went in for 3 cuts and 1 cut/color. The 3 cuts turned out great. My daughters color/cut on the other hand….. an instructor mixed her color and it was red not the ashy brown requested. He then mixed up a different color to “cancel out the red” we left 4 hours later with my daughter in tears- her hair is now two different colors and they didn’t even do her cut correctly. She showed them multiple pictures of exactly what she wanted. Yes I was told I could complain to management and they would fix it for free…. That is not a valid response for something that took FOUR HOURS shoulder length virgin hair and they were told multiple times by my daughter and myself THIS IS NOT THE COLOR SHE WANTS. The instructors would just brush me off with little comments “oh we canceled out the red” “that instructor is great at mixing color” “it will lighten up after it’s washed and dried” Like I would allow them to try to fix it after that mess.

I had to go to Dillards and I saw this place empty my sister told me about it, and I needed a manicure well I waited longer than in the manicure process they just push the cuticle use cream for a silly massage and they said they don’t remove the cuticle anymore they charged me $7 which is nothing but this was wort $1.00 silly !!!!

Just got a paraffin manicure and pedicure and my nail technician, Tanya Rojas did an awesome job! She took her time and was very detailed in her work. I'm very satisfied with the service I received today. Thank you.

I had a great experience . I was 100 percent completely satisfied with the results in the coloring and my fade was tremendous. To think a student gave me a haircut is tremendous his name was Robert and u can't say they're not trying because my fade was just perfect. Its also in Great environment As well i love that mall.

Best school in El Paso yet at Milan you pay to teach yourself. At tristate you pay over 20k and still have to purchase supplies on top. EPCC always has a waiting list that seems like forever. Now ITS tours are super simple to book, it’s simple to register and all the instructors are super hands on with you. Mr Blas adapts to the way you learn to best find a way you can understand the lessons, and Ms Patty is a color and barber expert and breaking it down step by step over all the school tuition is a great price and comes with supplies needed and here you are taught to excel. The director Jasmine is such a wonderful human being that understands when you need help or your schedule to work around highly highly recommended this school!

Simple barbershop haircut. I was a little anxious since it was my first time getting my haircut here. The young lady did a good job. It does take longer for the cut because a supervisor came over several times to check her work. Inexpensive fee for the cut.

I’ve been here a few times. The girls are all really nice, but the dye the school uses bleeds really bad even weeks after treatment. I went in with long hair at one point and wanted to have it cut short. The instructor honestly thought I’d regret that big of a change and as a result, wouldn’t allow it to be cut it as short as I wanted. It looked amazing when it was said and done, but I still ended up going to another salon for a touch up and they then cut it to the length I wanted

I had the very best highlights done here that I have ever had. I could not believe it!!! I've spent over $200.00 getting color and highlights that were no where near as beautiful as here. The student did a fantastic weave. She was as professional as any hairdresser I've ever had. The instructor came by every few minutes checking the student work. I heard her give suggestions and positive comments. It's obvious that the students are schooled in professional behavior because they were all very professional. I saw some really beautiful work there on other clients as well. When I checked out the cashier told me they were having a special on color and it only cost $30.00. I couldn't believe it! I asked if the students were allowed to accept tips and they are so I tipped as I do at salona. This was a fantastic experience. The facility is clean and spacious and very nicely appointed. It felt k jee an upscale salon. I can't wait to go to El Paso again to visit this place. Ten stars!!!

You receive salon services at a discount because students enrolled in cosmetology school provide the services. A professor talks with the student through out the process to ensure you are satisfied. My daughter has dark hair and wanted to bleach her hair to dye it for a concert. She had her hair bleached, colored and cut for less than $40 thanks to the $ 10 coupon book they offer. Services tend to take a bit longer but if you have the time the savings are worth it.

I go regularly and have a short haircut. The people are wonderful and will work to get the cut the way you want it. I've spent $50+ and not been as satisfied. There are good days and not so good days but you can't beat the price and hair will grow out!
