Double Pony Offer: *

• Pony costumes available and painting of ponies available depending upon weather.
• Ponies can come as a "My Little Pony", look ready for the trail like a real cow horse, or sprout unicorn horns. If you have a particular theme in mind, send me a message and we will try to accommodate!
• Birthday girl/boy can use that time as you see fit. We can show up before the guests for some one on one time, or be ready to ride.
Single Pony Offer: *
• 1 pony for 1 hour ~ $145.00 per hour (1 hour minimum)
• Perfect for smaller parties or family gatherings!
• Pony rides provided!
• Costumes and painting of pony not available.
Nursing Homes/Gift Deliveries/Pony Grams: *
• $125.00 per pony per hour plus mileage. ~ 1 hour minimum
• We deliver and stay with the pony and you provide the magic!
• Perfect for a quick pick me up!
• A great way to deliver an invitation, ask that special one to prom, or proposal!
• Pony will not be equipped with saddle etc. Pony rides not included with this offer.
The price includes mileage, up to 20 miles. Over 20 miles there is a fuel charge of $2.00 per mile. Example: 20 miles to party. No additional fuel charge. Example: 25 miles to party. $2.00 per mile X 5 miles = $10.00. $10.00 fuel charge added to cost of party.
If you are not interested in a party, we also offer Pony Playdates!
Pony playdates are offered during the week and on weekends! Come out to the farm and take a pony ride on the trail from the field thru the woods. At the end of the ride you can pose with you new pony pal at our seasonally decorated pony picture stand. Total time 30 min for only $35!!*
*The horses will be on a lead-line with a professional handler at all times.
Booking:
We request booking your party a minimum of 1 month in advance. A $50.00 non- refundable deposit is required. Summer months are in top demand, and we often book months in advance. Dates are secured on a first come first served basis and are based upon receipt of deposit. Bookings will be confirmed when deposit is received. Due to scheduling, deposits received after 2 weeks prior to your requested date will likely not be accepted.
Corporate events require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit, and receipt of deposit is required within 2 weeks of request for date.
We provide services to the Tri-State area.
• We need a fairly small and safe area. We can work in a garage if necessary.
• We do clean up any "lawn apples" and are respectful of your property.
• We ask that you help provide safety by keeping all other domesticated animals that may be a part of your family away from the pony activities.
• Please be prepared to have at least 1 adult available to supervise guests while rides are taking place. Very small children may require additional parental assistance during ride.
• Our ponies have a weight limit of 75 lbs. and are perfect for children up to 9 years old.
• Parent/ Guardian signatures are required for each child to ride. If parents are not going to stay with their child at your party, please let us know and we can send forms ahead of time for parents to sign. Children CAN NOT ride without a signed release of liability form.
• Parking: please prepare a place to park near your event. Our transportation requires an area the length of approx. 2 & 1/2 full sized trucks.
• No food or drinks when on a horse and the rider must be completely dry.

Common Q & A’s
1. What if it rains the day of my party?
• We come out rain or shine! It's hard to tell a child their party is off just because of rain. In light rain we bring umbrellas and still do rides as long as you provide a dry place for the kids to wait.
• If you postpone or cancel your party for weather, we can reschedule you for another date.
2. How do you handle safety?
• We never compromise on safety!
• All animals and handlers are trained and all equipment is checked before leaving the farm. We always walk beside the children with one arm within reach of the child, not dragging the pony along behind us. This also allows us to talk to the children and get to know them which makes their experience much more fun.
• We're confident that we are the safest pony rides outfit out there!
3. Can you tell me about cleanliness procedures?
• Please make soap and water available to all guests so they can wash up after touching the animals and moving on to other activities.
• Hand washing is the number one way to prevent illness and should be practiced even after petting the family dog!
• Baby wipes and sanitizing gels are recommended by some health departments when soap and water are not available but are not as good as soap and water.
4. My yard isn't that big; can I still host a pony party?
• Don't worry! Ponies can work in nearly any size yard or even along a sidewalk! We have done rides in a 2-car garage.
5. Can we come to the farm?
• Yes you can! We have Playdate info posted above!
6. What type of locations can you bring the animals to?
• We can work in almost any type of location. Whether it is on grass or pavement, we can accommodate you!
• We are often invited to private homes, schools, camps, day care centers, nature centers, nursing homes, museums, country clubs, parks, businesses, you name it, we’ve probably been there.
• If having your party at a county or town park, please check in with the proper authorities to make sure animals are allowed!
7. Is some member of the staff certified in First Aid and CPR?
• Not only certified, but I am an RN who specialized in Pediatrics. I am certified in BLS and PALS as well!
