Gone Jerky is a family based business located in Danbury, CT. We are founded on a simple premise – make the beef jerky that we want to eat! After continuously going to fairs and stores where they sell only processed, sub-par jerky, we decided that we could make a better tasting, better looking and more affordable jerky. With a combined 20 years experience in making beef jerky and smoked foods, we decided it was only fitting to create I’ve Gone Jerky!
Beef Jerky is a wholesome and nutritious snack, low in fat and high in protein –on top of that, it tastes great! It’s a simple snack to take with you on the go – whether its hiking, camping, hunting or a sporting event, its convenient wherever you go! The only problem you may have it keeping enough on hand for every jerky lover in the family, our kids even take it to school for snacks!
We pride ourselves on using the finest quality ingredients, leanest cuts of Top Round beef –which are hand cut. Our jerky has no added preservatives or by products.
