WORST customer service experience, from "manager" Heather, I have ever had my whole life. The "manager" Heather was the rudest and most condescending person I have ever dealt with. The store lost a pair of the pants I had hemmed and her attitude and tone was awful. I have had nothing but amazing experiences in any other Lulu store and even their reps online and via phone are amazing. I am shocked that Lulu would hire someone like Heather. They are going to lose a lot of business because of her. And its too bad because this store is new in town and word travels fast here.
Welcome to LuLu Wellesley. Apparently no one told them customers don’t appreciate bad attitudes. Manager was a mess. Unaware of standard customer support. I tried to get a pair of pants hemmed, they didn’t know the procedure. Argued back when I asked to hem pants to a specific length explaining they could not, even though I’ve done this multiple times at other stores thanks Chestnut Hill!. Sad to see this attitude from a manager in the newly open store. Even once they agreed to do so, they still did not have the forms or know the process to submit the alteration. Also, we’re unaware that it could be shipped directly back to the customer. Gives low confidence , when making purchases at the store that what you purchase will eventually get to you. Overly, sad experience. Hope your manager gets some training or they find a new manager.
I tried to bring in a couple of shirts and do a quality promise because they ripped while I was working out but the lady at the register said with an attitude that they couldn’t do anything for me.
Nice selection, nice interior.
