Leaving this review as I sit in the parking lot on New Year’s Eve, just left the store and it was the friendliest & best customer service experience I’ve had in two years - anywhere. Interacted with five or six different employees, many of them, young and working the cash registers, just unbelievable in this day and age how wonderful these young people were. JCP is doing something right, or they just got really lucky.
I paid $95 to walk out of the salon looking like I stuck my finger in a socket!! Stop advertising salon services that your stylists are not equipped to handle!! A perm rod set is not the same thing as a flexi rod set. I scheduled an appointment for a flexi rod set. Not one stylist had any flexi rods!! My stylist Cheryl didn't even know what a flexi rod was, had no idea how to wash, comb, cut or style my hair. Janet had to step in and complete the service. I am sorely disappointed; absolutely livid in fact. Cheryl tried to part and comb my natural, unprocessed, just washed with no conditioner hair with a fine-toothed-comb. She blow dried my hair without any heat protection And did not do my eyebrows which I scheduled for. AND I was in the salon an extra 2 hours longer than I was scheduled to be. All for me to look like a six-year-old did my hair.
JCPenney is a good store that has jewelry, shoes, bedding and bath, kitchen and dining, accessories, clothes for kids, teenagers, men, women and even for men and women plus size. There is also Sephora store, beauty salon and photo studio inside JCPenney. Store always has good sales and you can get coupons online. Stuff is nice and can help you. Oh and you can get up to 50- 70 % sale on fine jewelry at Christmas time. I think on other holidays they have good sales on fine jewelry also.
They have a section for big and tall. Can find wanted items. Love that check out has great service and more than one register open, especially when busy.
Hardly any employees working and the 2 on the sales floor never asked if I needed anything. Cashier was very nice and professional. Didn't have very much in the size I needed. I had to go home and order from the website.
Flora does an amazing job with pictures! Highly recommend her for photos, shes great with the kids!

Like walking into a ghost town. Not much in stock for my son. He did find one pair of cargo pants his size..
Like going to this location but I felt so sorry for them the other day. The power went out for a minute so to a Storm that came through and made the register go down and the people shopping there at time where so rude and impatient with the employees. I was very impressed with the Manager and employees they work with each other to find a solution to help customer's until all the register's came back up.
