They take good care of you from start to finish. I opted for traditional braces and was done in about 18 months. It’s different for everyone and they’ll take care of you until it’s the way you like. The office , staff and Dr. all have great rapport and working relationships. This makes for an even better place to choose for your Ortho needs. This place is truly the best! I had Invisalign don’t hear for me and my daughter. Dr. Cho and his team made the process so easy. They are very accommodating and friendly, always willing to help. 99.9% of the time you are always seen on time for your appointment. The staff that works for dr. Cho are super helpful and super friendly. Will continue to recommend everyone I know to this place
So much to say about Dr. Cho. Sit down, this is going to be a long one! A friend recommended Dr. Cho. I immediately felt it was the right choice from the moment I stepped into the office with my eldest daughter to now, my third and youngest daughter with braces. I have never waivered in my decision to choose this practice after three years. First of all, we spent many visits doing the “wait and see”. I felt like we saw Dr. Cho multiple times before he was ready to proceed. He was looking and watching. Waiting. No rushed scenario. When he thought we should start, he told us. That was months and months of visits without paying a dime. I respected that patience. When it was time to start, we were told how it would work in writing. They took our insurance. We were given options on how to pay the balance and discounts for paying in full and siblings. This conversation happened in an office at a desk with ample opportunity for questions. Then the actual apparatus was put on at a separate appointment. If there were issues, poking, pain etc., concerns were addressed by phone and if necessary in person. Appointments are made by phone or text, lots of prompt reminders. There are two offices, both run efficiently. Regular appointments run like clockwork. I have never sat in that waiting room more than 8 minutes, and that was in a day they “squeezed me in”. The fee covers unlimited visits so no worries about coming inbetween if there is a problem. Then there is the camaraderie of the staff who are happy and chatty while working and seem to actually like and respect each other as well as Dr. Cho. What is the point of this info? It’s to say that I am on my third kid and have seen two sets of braces on two kids from start to completion, and am impressed and so happy with the outcomes. Beautiful healthy smiles with strict and stern guidance in using retainers and keeping this smile forever. My girls happily wear their retainers every single night to bed and follow the directions to the letter. Almost unheard of for them. My children have been seeing Dr. Cho for about 5 years and during that time they have been able to work with this mom's busy schedule and last minute emergencies. I absolutely love this office! Dr. Cho and his staff always create a warm, family friendly environment which makes every visit very pleasant! We are a three-peat family - and I highly recommend to any family. They have flexible hours; I never have an issue with appointments even the ones after work! They were always accommodating when I had an emergent need and had to schedule a same day appointment. They are socially responsible check out their IG page and just all around great, down to earth people. The assistant Laura or Lauren was exceptional. knowing that visiting a dentist or Orthodontist can be daunting experience for a child . She made us feel extremely comfortable and included. She had the cheeriest disposition that made us seem as if we have been coming there for years and not our first visit. She was knowledgeable and took her time to explain every portion of Documentation answered all the questions and gave us alternative options. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure that our needs Were met . The orthodontist was just as knowledgeable and cheerful and bubbly he made sure Kyle felt less nervous about any decision that was going to be made. He explained the reasons why The teeth needed to be corrected. In addition he showed us tangible evidence of why we need to get The position and spacing of his teeth corrected. The overall experience was extremely exceptional experience. Not once did we ever felt pressured to obtain any of the services or buy any of the products that was being offered. This was the biggest selling point for me I was sold the moment I did not feel that I was not pressured to buy something. I would recommend this orthodontist office to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.
I can’t express my appreciation for this amazing team! Dr. Jay Cho, Ann Marie & the entire crew are all just absolutely wonderful at what they do! My dentist recommended Dr. Cho & his team for a pretty bad open bite that I have. I came out today with my new set of aligners and I couldn’t be happier nor more excited! The entire process from the start has been SO simple and SO delightful. Every time I come here I feel like I’m going to Disney World. Never seen a more professional office while at the same time being so friendly & nice! Don’t even think of going anywhere else, THIS is the place!
Amazing staff and office hands down! I’m so glad I came here to start my Invisalign treatment. The staff make you feel so comfortable and welcome. They truly are great at what they do! Dr. Cho is a great orthodontist, he is very sweet & knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease with the process. So glad I’m doing my treatment with them.
I have been with Dr. Cho and the team for almost 5 years now due to Covid and other delays but honestly you can't find a more supportive and flexible dental team. They accommodate my hectic work schedule and stays in contact with me. So quick and easy to communicate with. Have been such a great journey. P.S. I even made a friend- Harleen. Super sweet and caring towards patients.Great for recommendations and great to have a conversation with if you're not in a hurry.
