Listen, I'm a heart patient and I have type 2 diabetes. My electricity went out, couldn't get any one to check it out. Jim came to my rescue and remedied the situation in less than ;1hour. This contractor caused numerous delays in the wiring and installation of electrical fixtures in our new home. When they were called to address a home warranty issue we were billed for a service call. This business should not be relied on to do prompt or accurate work and is uncaring toward their customers. I had called in the warranty issue to the builder, because I am recovering from prostate cancer surgery and could not attempt repairs. In spite of this and a full discussion of the delays and shoddy work that was done in the home, the owner billed me anyway.
