Check in on backside of bldg. Got a dock right away. Front side docks are challenging. 45 min once in dock had my BOL's in hand. Staff had a great attitude as well.

We are new account, trying to get hold of someone as a representative seller, and we been leaving messages after messages no one is returning us back … very disappointed with the management.

Checked in, got a dock, was unloaded in about 45 minutes. Real friendly people.

Great place. friendly and respectful staff in office. Which is hard to come by these days. IGNORE the "No trucks allowed" sign when you turn into S 16th Ave.. Trucks are Allowed! second entrance on the property is for trucks. 4 /5 because they haven't taken out the sign that says no trucks.. JJ Taylor need to fix that. I would delivery here everyday. Great place to deliver. I've been here twice and both times I was in and out within an hour. The people are nice. But the parking lot is small so be careful backing into the door. No o/n parking

Trucker GPS may try to take you down 66th after turning onto Causeway, just keep going straight for 3 miles and turn onto South 50th St. 16th street is a sharp turn just after a diesel mechanic, you’ll think you’re in the middle of nowhere then the business is on the left. When you first pull in there is a “deliveries” office, but the “receiving” office is in the back. When you first pull in it’s to the right, straight narrow alley inside their fence leads you to the back. It is tight! Expect to do some “dancing” with your fellow truckers kinda tight. 10 minutes early for a 10:00am appointment, immediately told where to dock just waiting to be unloaded

Wow... I usually don’t ever post reviews BUT THIS ONE WAS Unbelievable . There is no “customer service”my sales representative does not even know what store they are speaking too, they gave me access to different accounts unbelievable. I spoke to them over 4 times on the phone and also emails, I still can’t have someone come out set up the cooler as should. This is a new business which makes it even worse. But I have to give credit to the driver he is very helpful and nice. update. still fighting to talk to the sales rep , i know everything went to online ordering but you dont get what you ordered. i called josey and i get nothing from her. she is not here to help with nothing. i called the main line and no one answers either. this company just needs clean house. A big thank you to the driver, as he is very helpful and respectful

Docks are easy enough the staff is friendly and helpful quick unloading no overnight or street parking.

Literally the best place I've ever worked. I highly recommend this company. From the top to the bottom lots of great people fantastic managers, decent pay. I plan on staying here till I Retire or they drag me out kicking and screaming.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Horrible. I was hung up on monday 9/20/2021 and never cussed or said anything out of line. 0 stars! Still not answering phone. Funny how none of the good reviews are from customers. See below where the guy says customer service is nonexistent. Won't answer the phone. They must know the call is coming from south of the bay. Can't get anyone to take an order over the phone. They seemed confused
