J & L Bakery opened its doors for business on February 8, 2015, the bakery is owned by two partners Jeff Sibilio and Leonardo Valencia. The two partners were introduced fifteen years ago by Daniel Champsaur (Jeff's father-in law and Leonardo's mentor) who happened to be a Master Baker for over 35 years. After his passing in 2013 the partners decided to honor him by opening a real neighborhood bakery, like the one Daniel owned in New Rochelle, NY years ago.
