If I could give Beau Massengille JM Insurance a negative 5 stars, it would still not be low enough. This company has not responded to emails, phone calls or DropBox files.Our claim does not exist, and the insurance this office sells is NOT to be relied upon, so what value is there in it? I have no idea how anyone who has been through the claim process with this company could give a rating any higher than 1 STAR. Fake News is nothing; "FAKE INSURANCE AGENTS" are REAL.

Canceled insurance in November. I’ve since been signed up for 2 new insurance policies with no notification or authorization. Every time I call they say it’s canceled then a month later I’m enrolled in new insurance. Very unhelpful staff as well. Do not recommend to anyone.

Extremely rude hung up on 2x all because I asked to transfer to another agent due to the fact JM doesn’t carry my insurance company any longer.  They tried to transfer my auto and home owners to a company I don’t know anything about without my authorization.  Got new insurance cards in the mail I never signed anything.  Crated a mess I now have to clean up.

I work for a company that uses J.M. Insurance, our agent Hanna is great! She always answers our questions promptly and we never have to wait for a COI when requested. Great company and customer service!
