J.M.'s Restaurant

I haven't been there in two years and today I think it was even better than before. They had moved across the road and the seating was quick in a roomier area. The waitress was very helpful when we needed to find out what was in the dish. She was quick to take our orders and checked on us throughout our time there. The food, OMG, the food was cooked to perfection. And those French fries was the best I ever had. I could have made a meal on the fries alone. I will be back, when I am hungry because it was more than I could eat.

Last week some co-workers and I went for lunch. The cook Mary came out and took our drink orders and then our food order. Our food was great and our service From Mary! However the waitress was not. The waitress returned with our drinks and had them all messed up. Mary even told her the drinks she had was wrong. The waitress was too busy taking people out back to smoke. Had it not been for the cook, we would have left. TODAY 12/22/20 we had told several at work we were going to JM's for lunch. Several more agreed to go. Some got there before the rest of us, the waitress WAS NOT turning in tickets so the cook could start cooking. In the mean time our co-workers that were there called to let us know the situation with the waitress. They also stated they were walking out, so the rest of us didn't even show up. Later today we heard they had let the cook go!!! We WILL NOT be returning! As a former restaurant owner, if the waitress can not handle her job, fulfill her duties, she needs to be replaced! How can the cook, fulfill her duties if she isn't getting orders? Mary has worked for all the previous owners at JM's and has an outstanding reputation as a cook! So to our company, friends and coworkers, alot of business just got lost today.

The food was great. We ordered take out. It took longer than expected to get the food. The people seemed to be nice.

The worst service ever the waitress wasn’t friendly and the food was awful definitely won’t ever be going back!

They went out of business no notice given. Not like the Old JMs back 1960s through 2010
