At J&M Stained Glass customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We realize that the majority of our clients have never ordered custom made stained glass, so we walk them through every step of the process. We start them out with an initial consultation, followed by a look at designs and photos of previous jobs to get them thinking of what style of design will suit their decor. Next we submit a full sized design for their approval. Once approved, we sit together and handpick the glass that will be incorporated into the final piece. At J&M Stained Glass we take the time to make sure every project no matter how small or large, complex or simplistic, gets the same attention to detail and craftsmanship to ensure your satisfaction with the finished piece.
