Steve totally saved us.  We woke on a Friday morning to find all downstairs sockets not working.  A frantic search later I was lucky enough to find Steve.  First thing is Steve's top priority was to make sure my family and I could sort out the situation - which had taken out our kitchen and boiler so no hot water.  Throughout the work he did he was completely committed to sorting out the situation we found ourselves in and managed his work to allow us to get the boiler working so we could bathe our young kids.  Next is that Steve was focused on helping solve the problem.  Before he came around and did anything chargeable he took time to help me go through everything that I could do myself to try to get to the route of the issue and solve it.  Ultimately I wasn't able to get to the bottom of the issue, but that meant Steve didn't have to go back over the simpler fixes and could get straight to the more involved work.  The quality of Steve's work was top - he's obviously the type of person who takes pride in doing a good job and doing it properly.  Finally - Steve's attitude was absolutely fantastic.  Positive, friendly and committed to getting the job done.  He was a great communicator, letting us know exactly what was going on and what he was doing.  Thoroughly recommend if you have electrical work that needs doing. Thank you Steve!
