We purchased w/d appliances from Js back in Feb. Due to a part issue we had to do a couple swaps of the washer, but J was accommodating and made sure we had a functioning washer during the swap. We finally got the washer we were waiting for and it is lovely. Thank you for taking care of us. I would purchased another appliance from them again.

Went here. They sold me a broken washing machine. They didn’t believe me when I said it was broken and just claimed I didn’t know how to use it. We brought it back and told them to keep it and we didn’t want it, even though they wouldn’t give us a refund. There was no point of us keeping a broken appliance. Finally they let us exchange. I wish we would have just bought new at a real appliance store. Now we know.
