I have had a few terrible dental experiences which conditioned me to immensely dislike going to the dentist and spur up a lot of nervous anxiety. Recently, I had tooth pain that was not subsiding, and I knew it was only a matter of time, so I had to go. There was no way I was going to my previous dentist I call her The Butcher! A co-worker, who shares my dental anxiety recommended Dr. Randazzo. The procedure went very well, quick and zero pain, yes, ZERO PAIN. I am so happy to have found Dr. Randazzo and will recommend him to anyone, especially those with dental anxiety. The ladies in the office are great too!
Went for a cleaning with Gena about a month ago. Had a really pleasant experience from start to finish. The front desk easily scheduled my cleaning and communicated updates/reminders via text as needed. The appointment was as scheduled, starting and ending on time. Gena was very detailed and gentle with the cleaning. Dr. Randazzo was kind and complimentary of his staff’s work.
Extremely helpful staff who really care about you. Dr Randazzo is very patient and fully explains all procedures. He really takes the time to get to know you and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend him.
Me and my family all go to Dr. Randazzo and to Gina for cleanings. Lori is also very good too. Doreen at the front desk is always so nice as well as the rest of the staff. And can’t forget to mention Patrice…she is absolutely the sweetest person ever!
I have been recommended by my boyfriend, and my father who truly enjoyed their experience here. It’s hard to find a good dentist, and dental hygienist who truly caresz Gina the dental hygienist is amazing; she is professional, and is very polite. She makes your visit quick and easy. Dr. Randazzo is also very professional, explains what concerns he may have very throughly so the patient can understand. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Best dental office I’ve visited. The staff is super polite and welcoming and the dentists are so attentive. Gina is a rock star. My family and I love her. 10/10 recommend them.
When you call with an emergency on a Friday afternoon...you aren't so picky... But I am so very happy with the excellent patient care, Dr. Randazzo and the entire office staff!! So thankful they took me in, listened to me and gave me excellent care..Also thanks to all those including my family who recommended!! I highly recommend!
Best dental experience I’ve had in a very long time! The staff was professional and kind. I’m usually nervous before and during appointments but this office put me at ease. My English isn’t the best and staff was able to help me. Thank you Dr Randazzo and staff. See you again soon!
Dr Randazzo made me feel comfortable about getting the dreaded root canal. No pain after root canal. Staff absolutely wonderful, even asking me during the procedure if I’m ok. Office very clean . I’ll be coming back and recommending this office to everyone I know.
The team does a great job scheduling and they are always helpful for every situation. They have given me honest assessments of what work needs to be done and they are helpful with getting the most from your insurance provider. I would highly recommend.
