Very cool park all year-round. I love when the Los Angeles Charger do their Training camp. Its free with lots to do at no cost. Very fun for the kids too. Lots of games to win prizes. The do have a shop with Authentic merchandise. Also the have refreshments and food. Lets go LA Chargers.
Update! Construction is still ongoing. Because of construction there is very limited parking. There is are very few spots at the entrance from Fairview and a few more near the snack bar if the gate from Costa Mesa High is open. During the games your best bet is to park across Fairview at Orange Coast College and walk across the street. Parking is free at Orange Coast College on the weekends. Because this is where the LA Chargers have their summer camp, the fields have all been upgraded and are now nearly professional quality. Bathrooms are available and the snack bar is open during games.
Chargers training camp!! Had a blast , very entertaining only thing I recommend is water misters everywhere.
Have improved widely this year 2022, there are many more stands for food, drinks and entertainment. The crowd looks great, the players engage with the fans after the practice. More facilities, great stands with overhead shades! Parking $5 and the overflow parking is across the street at Orange Coast College! Great experience, thanks Chargers for making the camp a friendly, safe place for Charger's fans to see their team. Very organized and safe #letsguide, #boltup
They have finally renovated the parking area and there is more parking. The bathrooms now need and upgrade. Concession is meh. Hot as hell in September
I only come here for Chargers training camp. As a training camp it is the only one I am interested in so I can't compare to others. But for Chargers the facility is good for what it is. Unfortunately you are so far away from the practice you don't see much.
Had a great day at Chargers camp. Well organized and the most tent was a life saver
Costa Mesa High School campus can compete with Newport Harbor High and Cornona Del Mar High
Really nice complex. Took my kids here for the San Diego Los Angeles Chargers training camp. Plenty of parking just down the street and the complex is real nice and afforded some shade. It was so hot that day but there was a little breeze and my kids could find a happy medium while hanging out watch the team practice. Great facility, new and updated and very CLEAN. Also getting out of there was not that big of a deal which makes events like training camp a lot more bearable.
Great quality soccer fields, lots of parking and great evening lights to play and prwctice sports.
