Jr jumbo jack curly fries coke was ok cashier Kymorie was very nice.Food: 4/5
We thought the workers accidently forgot some items, so we went back to get it, and they knew they forgot it. Luckily the manager saw us at the counter and helped us get our missing items. For the food that we did get, the curly fries were also pretty stale. It was pretty empty so it was a quiet atmosphere when we went.
Most lousy service I have seen in any fast food joint. Didn’t get my receipt, and I had to wait 20mins before they started working on my order and a half hour before I got the order. Not to mention they were trying to figure out where the spicy sauce was to make my order. Never going backFood: 3/5
Just ordered 2 chicken sandwich and only given 1 and I also ordered 6 tacos 4 with no cheese. I was only giy4 tacos 2w/o cheese! I had to wait for 20 minutes out front and I asked for some taco sauce and didn't get that either! The lettuce and sauce in the tacos were just all in the taco bag not even in the taco! So disappointed with today's service!
Yesterday I had a ultimate Homestyle chicken sandwich. It was really good excellent! You know how when you see a picture of some food and when you get it it looks nothing like it. Will this look exactly like the picture and it was delicious!Food: 5/5
Drive through is so ssslllllooooowewwww, curt on Top of it all. Hope they're better on the inside. 30 minutes waiting to make an order 15 minutes to get it. If I wasn't locked the line I go home & cook my own dinner or go to McDonalds right next door. On top of it all these guys struggle to make or count change.
I ask for a large coke and I get Pepsi I don't want to drive and waste money and I can't get my drink anyway because they don't offer or give you a receipt to even get it I'm disappointed in this jack in the boxFood: 4/5
So this location has just been remodeled. And when I say remodeled, I mean, this place was torn down and rebuilt from the ground up a month or so ago. We went here once before the revamp and never went back because it was dirty. So we decided to give it another go. The staff is friendly but the place was dirty. Already. It was 7:30 in the morning so I feel like it should have at least been cleaner starting the day. I could understand if we hit the lunch crowd or something but not first thing in the morning. The soda machine was dirty and greasy as were many of the tables. I give it 4 stars just because the staff is friendly, otherwise I’d give it 2-3 for cleanliness.
I would have given them 5 stars until I realized this....when I tried to call them about it nobody would answer....so the outside of two cups where people touch was inside my drink. I’m not even sure the reasoning behind this because I feel the cups cost more than the soda would have.
Nice lady’s but they don’t used gloves to prepare you food and them they go and touch money come people I love jack but they need more training
