I only ever go here if I use the mobile app because the 'mush tacos' my vegetarian comfort food come out to be 49 cents each and sometimes they have some other really good family meal deals but other than that they seem to always be understaffed and forget something in the order. Happy to say that most of the employees are usually cordial and understanding. Overall only a good deal if you use the coupons and food is hit or miss. BEST SHAKES IN TOWN THO Vegetarian options: The tacos 'meat' are actually made from soy and deliciously cheap Kid-friendliness: Good meal choices for picky young ones Parking: Huge parking lot
I did have an issue at the drive-thru with an employee. She announced one total at the drive-thru speaker but when I got to the window and after I gave her my credit card another employee came back and said my new total was three times higher. I let them know I didn't want the food and left because I knew from ordering the same item the same way at other locations, that she had the total correct the first time. But they still charge my credit card $12.92. Today I went and spoke to the manager, Yesenia oh, and she took care of the matter for me. She was very professional and polite.
My go to order is the #3 sourdough jack. It's always just as usual. Employees have been great. Place is clean and well maintained.Food: 5/5
Grabbed some food from the drive thru on way out of town, fews miles out of town start to eat and noticed we only got half our orderFood: 5/5
Drove for hours on a road trip to stop and feed my kids. Only to discover the dining room is not open to the public!! No reason why?! We had an RV attached to our vehicle so obviously not an option Do not go here, lady at the door was rude too
I came to the drive thru, I had to repeat 3 times my order. They couldn’t hear me , the 3rd time I asked for my order they chance employee and she started to me talking in Spanish, that’s discrimination. She gave me attitude for no reason. She over charge me plus she didn’t gave me the right order.

The food was great. Prepared with everything on it. I got the double Jack. The fry's were good and hot. The staff was nice but seemed like they were kinda on the slower side. Our table was not wiped off and it took about 5 min after we got the food to get our drinks from the counter. This place is not bad, just needs a little more management present.
I really don't like coming here and every time I try to give it a chance they fail. Like today ordering a platter. Everything else was good except the amount of eggs that was given. I could have kept my 6 dollars and bought and cooked my own eggs. Other times the customer service has always been dry and the food given like it's been sitting there. I've lived here since 2020 so I can count on my one hand how many times I've come here and the only reason is because I wanted to get something easy for my picky one year old who loves eggs and pancake but I didn't have enough time to cook. D- because everything else was okay besides the amount of eggs that were given
The wait is a little long but great food and wonderful employees
