Being a person that just moved to the STL area I was surprised they have a Jack in Box. I had a very bad experience with one in STL off Grand, but this one was different. The customer service was decent and the people were tentative. On my cheat meal days I'll be sure to consider going back, I'm a fan of having the tacos and halfsie fries with the meal.
Out of town visit from Chicago had us craving something from my childhood I haven't had in years. It was call a SUPER TACO when we would drive to Kimball n Fullerton in the 70s for this late night treat. My craving was satisfied and felt they tasted exactly the same. All the Jack in the Box restaurants have long closed in Chicago but I can assure when we are in the St. Louis area we will stop by.
Lackadaisical attitude towards the customers, not quick at all with taking your order in a timely fashion, not proactive about getting the orders out to the customers either. 40 minutes to wait total for 6 tacos and 2 drinks. Called customer service and they still have not responded after 6 days. Kid-friendliness: They suck!
In the drive through I dealt with two team members. The first one was very patient, and understanding. The second young lady was not. She was very rude in her tone. Its not what she told me it's how she said it. Next time be a little bit more aware that your tone can make a bit difference in customer service
Go every Thursday, staff has begun to reconize me. My order is partially started when I get there and the manager takes my list and puts it together. Offers me a coffee while I wait. The staff is very efficient.
Literally wished that I could give -1... This is the absolute WORST experience I've ever had in any establishment!!!! Here's the story: October 31, 2021 went through the drive-thru for two breakfast burrito combos, I asked for creamer & salsa and was told she suddenly couldn't hear me. Preceded to the window, paid for out food, got change and requested creamer, sugar & salsa. I was told we're out of that....huh? Which one, I asked, she replied all of them! Wait what???? Who drinks black coffee??? Anyway, I no longer want my combo so I politely asked for a refund. The girl loudly yelps OH MY GOSSSSSH! You can't be serious, it's not that serious. Yes Ma'am it is, refund please! The manager was summoned and made the situation worse! He asked me what was the problem because he's not giving anymore refunds. I explained that I didn't want a coffee without creamer nor burrito without salsa so please return my cash. He angrily told the cashier I'm not giving any more damn refunds so don't sell anymore coffees or burritos. My hubby didn't cancel his order, so this is what we got....I called corporate but I've not heard back!!! I’m not surprised!!!
Asked for a large curly fry and received 2 value fries? Then asked for sauce at the window and it was never put in the bag. Grease was soaking through my bag and I didn’t receive any napkins and as you can see in the picture my tacos were basically filled with air...
If I could give no stars ...the one in Swansea the girl around 615pm on 11-4-22 you ask for lemonade they run out ...then you ask for fruit punch and suddenly they are all out when you are at the drive thru....apparently she doesn't know customer service skills she needs training....then closing the window mid sentence is very rude and shows they just hire anyone then they think they almost got away with not completing the kids meal ....that black young girl was rude ...you spend money you don't have to spend there and they have the audacity to be rude ...no wonder everyone complains about this restaurant....they need better training...sad they close the window while you talk to them....the girl said it's not her fault instead of saying sorry ...but she is very rude I will spend my hard earned money where you get awesome customer service...that cashier needs way better training...and should not mumble when talking i am not one of her girls...smh I wasted money should have went somewhere else ...
For what we ordered was VERY dismal. We ordered 4 Chicken Fajita Pitas and the filling was enough to fill only one, and THAT was for $20 !?! They keep putting product out like this and I, for one, will NOT be coming back!!
Ordered a home style chicken sandwich large fries and a vanilla shake the other night. One of the best chicken sandwiches that I have had at a fast food restaurant, and the shake was the bomb diggity!
