Nothing special tastes like a sandwich. Fries are lightly seasoned. But the sweet and sour sauce is not good, unlike McDonald's.Food: 4/5
It’s good overall. The drive-thru service was very fast and I was shocked. The prices were very cheap for what my family ordered and compared to other fast-food restaurants in the area. I got the Loaded Tiny Tacos with Onion Rings and a Medium Coca-Cola. I was very surprised by the prices of the soft drinks as they were only 20 cents separated in price but had a noticeable difference in size. To be honest, I believe that a Medium Coke 450 calories for $2.49 is a steal. The Onion Rings has this nice, crisp taste to it and I very much enjoyed it. On the other hand, the Loaded Tiny Tacos are not what was advertised at all so do not get mislead. In my opinion the non-loaded Tiny Tacos are better. Even though the advertisement for some of the items they serve is misleading, I still recommend checking it out and having a nice meal here.
Good variety of food options, though minimal for veggie-only. Friendly staff that helps each other out. Some tables could be wiped down more often, but not atypical for a fast food chain. Kid-friendliness: All kids menu items are inexpensive and include a small entree, side, and drink. Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor with handicap parking
Can’t beat the two taco deal. drink accessories available. The app only takes cards, thankfully you can scan your receipt
They BEST Jack's so far. The food is always served fresh and hot. Not waiting too long in the drive thru and love how it has a parking lot to park and eat in your car. The staff are friendly and professional. I feel as if this spot has a new one and running it good from before.
Tried the spicy chicken strips and they were too hot to enjoy and over battered plus the curly fries were cold.
What is with this place? I've been waiting 15 mins for a cheeseburger. I worked for McDonald's for 2 years. It's not that hardFood: 1/5
Hi. I don’t usually post a bad review but I had a frustrating moment last night at this Jack. We ordered a pick up, we arrived at the right time and we showed the order to the manager. At the first interaction, the manager was very rude and told us that the order has already taken by another person. ? we were so disconcerted, we tried and he kept being rude, so we left without making a disturb or starting a fight. But really… this guy doesn’t know anything about customer service and how he gives our order to another person? It’s stupid. I know that it was Christmas Day, it was a busy day at Jack’s but wow. : we were so hungry, frustrated and we lost our money due to that situation.
It's better than places like mcdonald's and now a days is even more cheaperFood: 4/5
