I went here today. Keenan who worked the drive thru was so kind and pleasant. He made sure my iced coffee tasted right and verified my order to make sure we got everything we ordered. I appreciated him so much on a harder than normal rainy day! Food was also great.

Noon shift is so bad I do not about early shifts but have been there 3 times and only the first time the service was good. Once fries were cold, the guy on the register messed up my order and basically gave me free stuff that I did not ask for. Management needs to change the whole structure on this restaurant.

Drive thru. Girl was nice. Clothing needs to be addressed for men young man. Pants belong on hips or waist. I'm trying to eat, not see someone's underwear. GROSS!Food: 4/5

Every single time I would go to this location the employee that works drive through is always very rude because of that I no longer go to jack n the box

The food was good, lack of communication especially the big guy, there toilet got water on my shorts from leaking from the floor. When I addressed it, didn't seem to care. Would never go back again to that location

please hire people who dont look straight out of prision and might actually care about the quality of service they provide.  never anyone there and yet still takes 20 minutes to go through drive through, always have to check my order, its never right. been this way forever no one cares from employee to management and up

Not enough workers to run the store. Wait time approximately 45 min to an hour.

The young lady took my order was very polite and courteous she was fast, like she knew what she was doing. She is very pretty...in my opinion, I think she needs a raise.... that's how great she was .. she's a keeper..thank you

Only complaint, I placed an online order. When I got there I was told they did not get it. Aftet proving that I ordered it and paid for it they eventually made the order. They did a good job with the order it was fresh and correct.

Friendly staff BUT I JUST SPENT 20 for rotten green eggs on our breakfast jacks so gross… I’ve tried calling with no luck to even make my complaint … no happy with angleton jack in the box …. This has happened twice now…
