Diam disgrace.I ordered a spicy nacho chicken sandwich and  my food wasn't even cooked all the way and gave me the right order but wrong cheese . I will be complaining to corporate to make sure this doesn't happen again. I have contact corporate like they said and never got a response. They say they will message you back but they never do. Today is 9/20 and now I'm missing 2 chicken sandwiches from my order. I would of assumed they would do better but they have gotten worse.

This Jack in da crack location is hit or miss. Most of the time the employees are super friendly. Food is usually on point, but sometimes they forget stuff. It's never fun going home to find out your missing items. Overall this location is just ok.

Overall, food and service is good enough for me. One thing to watch out for is being overcharged or short changed. I have a bad habit of not paying too much attention to change owed. Has been a couple of times I've noticed my change was over a dollar short, whether intentional or by mistake,keep an eye out for that

I hate the night staff here food is cold and or stale, there time of serving is slow especially the drive thru the staff does not want to work they just want to stand there and get paid sucks it's the only place open after 11 near this area PS they close for half hour for some reason around 12:30am - 1:30am Caution homeless people are gathered all around the building going up to your window while in the drive thru COVID IS STILL ALIVE

Believe me is not because the $.20 cents I pay extra for the cook onion is just because i feel the chef is playing with my feelings we buy an shake so they gives us without wimpy cream and again they not even mention they are out of it plus on the app said pick up at counter so when i get there I try to open the door and was close the people inside see me and everyone turns around without said anything

The hash brown had all burnt black stuff on it and it was greasy. That’s very disappointing. Knowing it supposed to be nothing especially no burnt residue on it from other food products and it’s not even crispy it’s greasy. Ew y’all need to clean out y’all greas frfr

The delivery guy had a friendly personality n whoever put the meal together didn't forget any of our items we ordered.

Gave it two starts because my sandwich was made to order and was pretty good. The tacos however, were probably 20 to 30 minutes old. Super soggy, sauce sipping thru the wrap. No crunch except the top of them. If you want then to taste decent order them without lettuce so they can make a fresh bash for you .

I go here often for breakfast.. fast and friendly. Concerned about the homeless coming to your window at night. I did report to the manager twice.Food: 5/5

Great customer service is key and they have always served it up right at this location. My order is always correct, the counter person always makes sure. They offer extra sauce and don't give attitude if you ask them for more. I can recommend this location to anyone who likes Jack in the box. Even the drive thru is good and fast. Plus the prices are good.
