Very slow for fast food, been here often as it is one of a few in range for my lunch break. Often something is broken, no grill, soda machine down, and so slow. Not to mention the chicken strip often have grisly spots. Try the subway next door. It's much betterFood: 2/5
Stopped to grab some churros. While i was in the restroom, another member of my party picked up the order. The staff saw me and immediately made a new order. When i got out to the car, i realized what had happened. Just want to give kudos to the employees. That is great customer service. Thank youFood: 5/5
I stopped into this newer Jack-in-the-Box on a road trip for some breakfast goodies because I was running late getting to my destination. The crew behind the counter were super friendly. For someone who generally eats breakfast at home I was surprised at the quality of my sandwich. It was quite tasty and may be reconsider coming in a little more often. Of course it was fresh and hot and served fast. Thanks.
I have never seen the quality of the service here, directly drive away the guestsWhen I met this waiter for the first time, we ordered a meal taken by ourselves We only ordered a sandwiches. Just stopped here for breakfast, walked in to use the restroom. Stood there for 3 minutes with nobody acknowledging us. Bathroom had a sign that said closed. We left without ordering, but I did notice that just a breakfast sandwich by itself was $7. What? Fast food is fast food but this is maybe the worst service I've ever seen.Food: 1/5
This location is ok. The friers were down when we went, so they only served burgers. The manager seemed nice but was more concerned with joking with staff and not providing good service. The place was kind of a mess, and the bathrooms were very gross at least the mens bathroom was. But, it's a Jack-in-the-box, not a fine dining restaurant, so it is what it is.
First time in a LONG time my order was completely correct. The girl working the drive thru was friendly and efficient. Read my order back to me at the talk box and again before she handed me the bags. She's a great asset to that place. Thank you...ummmm nice girl.Food: 4/5
We went via drive thru and we got stuck for almost half an hour after which we left as it was still going to take another half an hour.. so, my experience was bad...
Website says 24hrs. Drove 20 minutes there to see cones blocking the drive thru. Called asked when they close she said they're closed now and hung up. So clearly not 24 hrs. And need to update their website and employees! I'm over wasting time on poor business!
